Music therapy is the use of music to facilitate healing and change. Analytical Music Therapy can be especially helpful for those suffering from social anxiety or PTSD since it encourages them to use their own music as an outlet of expression.

Music therapy can also be beneficial for those struggling to regulate their emotions, as it helps them focus and think more clearly. This form of therapy often works in combination with other forms of music therapy.

Some forms of sound therapy involve chanting, listening to a recording or having vibrations applied to your body with tools like tuning forks. They can help reduce stress and boost immune system activity as well as reduce pain and improve quality of life for premature infants.
