Lily Schwartz is a Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Professor at Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD). She earned her PhD in psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, followed by an internship at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital where she treated children and adolescents in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospital settings. As certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist, Lily is well versed in several empirically-based treatment approaches such as Mindfulness Based Therapy for Anxiety & Stress Reduction (MBSR), Trauma-Found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Management Training (PMT).

Christine “Chrissy” O’Meara holds a Psy.D in Counseling Psychology and is licensed to practice psychology in New Hampshire and Vermont. As an active member of the American Psychological Association, her passion lies in supporting those dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss issues and relational difficulties. She has special interest in working with children, teens and young adults experiencing emotional challenges like anxiety, depression grief/loss issues or relational difficulties.

Sarah Erickson earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and went on to receive both her MS and PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With extensive experience working with individuals and couples facing relationship difficulties, adjustment issues to new life circumstances, grief/loss trauma self-care issues anxiety issues and more–she has the perfect blend of expertise for success!

Deniese Zakarin has over three decades of clinical experience, working in various settings such as outpatient, inpatient, residential and community-based. Her specialties include treating anxiety, panic and phobias; depression; anger & hostility; relationship problems & parenting difficulties through a person-centered and collaborative approach with clients and their families. Furthermore, Deniese has extensive expertise providing psychotherapy & consultation to educators, healthcare professionals & families.

Jordan Barnard earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford and then completed an internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, spending 4 years working within collegiate mental health. Before joining CFI, he has experience working with a variety of populations and diagnoses such as student athletes, men’s health issues, gender identity and intersectionality issues, social justice concerns, training/supervision of psychologists, and using psychological assessment within therapeutic process.

Jennifer Horowitz earned her B.A in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her M.S. and Psy.D in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has extensive training in evidence-based treatment modalities like DBT and EMDR, with special interests in treating individuals with personality and emotional issues as well as weight and eating disorders.
