Alternatives to Hormone Therapy for Women in Their Forties

Women seeking treatment for menopause symptoms have several options to choose from. Some involve hormone therapy, while others are more natural in nature.

Phytoestrogens, also referred to as plant estrogens, are compounds found in certain plants such as soy that mimic oestrogen without actually activating them.
