She is a licensed professional counselor with expertise in family systems, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. Her approach is to build relationships with her clients to assist them with overcoming struggles while helping them identify the underlying causes of these issues and find solutions to enhance their lives.

Her passion lies in inspiring women to reach optimal health and happiness. She helps them connect with themselves, nature, and their innate intuitive abilities in order to propel themselves towards greater wellness and holiness.

She offers therapeutic massage to a range of patients, particularly those suffering from pain and stress. She has extensive training in Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques as well as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and hot stone therapy.

She utilizes the ancient Japanese healing art of energy medicine and sound to restore, balance, and rejuvenate her clients. Her practice incorporates various modalities like Reiki and chakra balancing to assist clients in healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Reflexology is a non-invasive natural treatment that stimulates specific reflex points on feet and hands to produce physical and emotional benefits. It can be an excellent addition to standard medical therapy for pain, headaches, PMS, anxiety, cancer and many other ailments.

Her areas of expertise include Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness as well as alternative strategies like real food nutrition or lifestyle changes.

Suzanne is a yoga instructor, herbalist, massage therapist, farmer and birth-worker from the Midwest who developed her talents at various health retreats. After leaving a career in law to pursue what truly brings her joy in life, she decided to leave law behind for what now feels like the path of holiness and abundance.

She utilizes her skills in meditation, yoga and healing techniques to assist others in reaching their highest potentials. A regular keynote speaker and instructor at local and national conferences, she is also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Her mission is to promote happiness, health and holiness through yoga, acupuncture, herbal medicine and massage. She offers classes at her studio, in the community as well as online.

In her free moments, she loves cooking and spending time with family and friends. Additionally, she takes pleasure in reading, writing, and being outdoors as a way to decompress from daily stresses.

She believes her holistic therapy approach allows her to better serve the needs of her patients and their families. She strives to make a positive impact on her community by offering compassionate, individualized care to those in need.
