How often should you do a sound bath?

As the name suggests, sound healing is a meditative process that uses various sounds to calm the body, mind, and spirit. However, if you’re facing emotional, physical, or mental challenges that need to be addressed, weekly sessions are better. Helen Lavretsky said that sound healing and music therapy have become increasingly popular because they are easy to perform. There is no general answer to this question, as everyone experiences sound baths differently.

Sound healing provides the brain with stimulating sounds and causes the brain to release any latent energy, which causes a shift in energy levels and completely vitalizes the human body.
