Brain, Attention Balance, Brain Massage with Bilateral Brain Stimulation

Below is a sound you can use after you use the sounds in step one or while you work or prepare for your day. You can use it when you want to feel more balanced and to increase calm attention. You can use it as you visualize completing tasks that you need to do or want to do better. And, you can also visualize things you are grateful for or the caring and respect or love you see in your life. Using just the sounds in either step one or step two is fine, and doing both lets you use a custom sound in step one that is personal, and this sound for step two helps with steady attention and tasks (more of the doing self).

It reminds the brain of calm attention while helping the side of the brain to communicate by going side to side. It also acts like a massage because you can relax as it happens. If you feel like it is making you too rigid or too relaxed and open, then stop and go back to step one. This sound helps when you have done the custom sound mix and want some more time to “integrate” your process or balance more. The rhythm is in the brain rhythm range for attention. It is the same rhythm that is in the beginning of the relaxation and focus sound track on other pages. The side to side pattern adds the “integrating” effect.

This sound stimulates rapid coordination between the left and right hemispheres in the brain by going side to side on headphones, so headphones are needed. It speeds up processing of information and memories. The technique is called bilateral brain stimulation, and is used for mental fitness and health in something called BrainGym and EMDR therapy. To use it, please try it for a few minutes to see if you feel comfortable. If it feels good, then you can try it for longer. Please stop if you feel overwhelmed. Please only listen for up to an hour at a time. Less time can be good, and the longer you listen the more deeply it works. When you are using it, you can visualize the future and the past to visualize more positive outcomes.

When you balance focus and relaxation in the right amount of focus and the right amount of relaxation for you, it puts you into a healthy “flow” state that is known to heal trauma and increase creativity and performance.

You can use the sound as a background while you watch shows, play games, read, relax, or meditate.

Like the other sounds on this site, please only use it while sober. Please only use one sound at a time, and use them while sitting or lying down in a safe place. And, please only use with headphones. The users agree to take responsibility for any effects of using the sound.
