A residential advisor’s role is to support all camp residential life activities, student engagement and safety, directorship of staff members in residential life activities, as well as supporting overall camp operations and logistics. Residential Advisors usually are current college students studying education, child psychology or social work or an equivalent field.
As a wilderness trip leader, your role is to arrange overnight and day trips for 13-18 year old students around the world. You will organize group activities such as science classes, ropes courses, arts & crafts projects and other classic summer camp activities.
