Can you do a sound bath at home?

a sound bath worthwhile?

While they’re all designed to help you achieve that restful, meditative state, sound baths can use a wide variety of tools, approaches, and locations, from large indoor group sessions to intimate rooftop gatherings. However, you can also buy sound healing instruments or use your own voice to create a sound bath at home. All of these sounds, the glockenspiel, the gongs, and the bowls, essentially make it easier to meditate, clear your mind, and relax. According to Lavretsky, this is because certain sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the body that regulates rest, causing muscles to relax, slow breathing, and lower blood pressure and heart rate.

Sound baths use repetitive sounds at different frequencies to take your focus away from your thoughts.
