Do binaural beats heal the body?

The binaural beats have been confirmed to reduce anxiety, improve a person’s mood, reduce tension, and also improve long-term memory. Physicians are already using binaural theta therapy to cure cognitive and behavioral disorders. A binaural beat is an illusion created by the brain when you hear two notes at slightly different frequencies at the same time. When one headphone speaker plays a quiet, constant roar at, say, 400 Hertz and the other at 410 Hz, you start to hear a third pulse or beat.

New research suggests that binaural beats to train your brain not only heal but can also trigger out-of-body experiences.

Which binaural frequency beats help with healing?

Binaural beats must be heard through headphones* as they are the sound that is produced when a difference in frequency reaches the left and right ears. However, despite the many similarities between binaural beats and Solfeggio frequencies, there are a few differences. While most studies on the effects of binaural beats were minor, there are several that prove that this auditory illusion actually has health benefits, particularly in terms of anxiety, mood, and performance. Binaural beat technology can be a problem if you have epilepsy. So talk to your doctor before trying them out.

The difference in frequency between the two notes is what your brain ultimately processes — that’s a binaural beat.
