Olivier realized that he had the opportunity to reach out to many people rather than playing one by one by playing Sound Baths. In addition to Reiki healing, sessions may also include sound healing (tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, etc.). Meditation workshops, sound healing training, commuting workshops and movement workshops are part of the comprehensive range of courses. Olivier also naturally channels the ancient healing energies of his Reiki line.

Early registration is highly recommended, as on-site participation tends to sell out.

What is a Reiki sound bath?

Sounds can include crystal singing bowls, rattles, vocal sounds, drums, tuning forks, and glockenspiel. A traditional sound bath uses a variety of Tibetan singing bowls, a type of instrument that emits different sounds based on the vibrations produced by a mallet. A sound bath can be meditative and relaxing, and often the benefits depend on how you start the session. A sound bath is usually a way to manage anxiety, calm the nervous system, and banish all ideas and thoughts from your awareness as you connect with your body.

This form of healing balances the energy in the body, cleanses the chakras and strengthens the aura so that you can become aware of your purpose on your life journey.

What does a sound bath do?

The sounds that are introduced during a sound bath are an invitation to a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to detach yourself from external stimuli and gain a perspective on what is happening within you. A sound bath is meant to put you in a deep state of meditation, but you don’t need any meditation experience to try it out. It’s not meditation as you traditionally imagine it, but the sound bath experience can be helpful for anyone who wants to reap the benefits of meditation or a moment of relaxation. A sound bath is a sensual experience that uses gongs, Tibetan bowls, glockenspiel, bells, and other instruments to create sound frequencies, tones, and vibrations that should help you achieve a deep and meditative state of relaxation.
