Stress creates an unhealthy flow of energy, which initially appears as low energy in your aura and later as a psychological and physical illness. Individual sessions offer a more personalized experience by placing multiple singing bowls ON or around you so you can create a direct sound and vibration effect. The sound frequency and vibrations stimulate the brain and vagus nervous system. When your body and mind are relaxed, the brain releases positive chemicals (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins), and a higher mood ensures that your body regulates blood sugar levels better, reducing the chance of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Vibrational sound therapy can bring body, mind and soul back into harmony and thus promote relaxation, healing and well-being.

What is vibrational sound therapy?

Research has shown that sound healing can treat a wide variety of mental and physical issues, including addiction, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic pain, and more. This individual service uses therapeutic singing bowls that are placed on the body to produce a combination of sounds and vibrations that create a state of calm and act as a massage for the nervous system. The power of sound penetrates the body, much like standing near a speaker and being able to feel the music throughout your body. Apart from the examples above, vibrational sound therapy has been used in many other contexts throughout history.

How do you feel after the sound healing?

According to studies, sound baths can help people relax, reduce tension and fatigue, and alleviate symptoms of depression. And if you’ve ever been to a kundalini yoga class, then you’ve already tried it (chanting is a form of sound healing). It brings balance and clarifies the mind and leads to a new sense of purpose, well-being, peace and happiness. After trying everything for my crippling back pain, from hot showers to yoga and chiropractic, I was open to a different approach. That’s why I had a private session with sound healer Alison Ross from Los Angeles.

Alison later explained that even deaf people benefit from sound healing because they can feel the vibrations.
