Holotropic breathwork involves rapid breaths and is believed to bring you into a higher state of consciousness. For so long I thought the magic would happen in a headstand, but then I immersed myself in this practice and realized that all this physical work was to prepare me for the opening that would happen when I began my breathwork journey.
