How does crystal sound healing work?

Sound baths help to realign, readjust and increase the body’s vibrational frequency with different pitches and tones. Singing bowls and singing bowls have been used since ancient times for therapy, healing, meditation, and to create sacred spaces. When you attend or host a sound bath, it’s best to focus on your breath by taking deep breaths and focusing on being present by blocking out all distractions. Low-quality singing bowls produce a dull metallic sound and are less effective at cleaning your crystals.

Crystal bowls are my favorite instrument for sound healing because they look so beautiful and their pure tones and frequencies have a unique way of penetrating my own energy field.

How do you give a sound bath?

You can either take part in a personal sound bath (usually in a group) or listen to audio at home. Carly says that sound healing can be a very emotional experience and apparently these emotions can come to the surface for some participants. Finally, you can consider buying your own instruments to experiment with different sound therapies yourself, whether you’re investing in a singing bowl, a glockenspiel, or gongs. If you’re not the main participants, there’s more room for more complex sounds.

Auster explains that sound baths are an invitation to a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to detach yourself from external stimuli and gain perspective on what’s going on within you.
