Understanding this process can be a huge relief for those living with chronic pain, as it provides them with opportunities to develop coping skills and behaviors that will enable them to live life without discomfort in the future.

At the end of the day, it’s about allowing yourself to be who you want to be and taking control of your life – even when experiencing pain. Doing this will allow you to savor those moments while they last and give yourself more confidence for what comes next.
