If you are still having problems with logging in or using the menu to cancel your account, please try the process in the Tech Help page to fix your browser. If that doesn’t work please try the following:
Go to the cancel page and try cancelling. To get there, click here.
If that doesn’t work, you can request that we cancel your subscription below. If you cancel on the page above, you can use your account until the end of your cancel period. If you use the form below, your membership will become inactive when the support staff cancels it within a day or two of filling out the form. Please only use the form below after you have tried to cancel on the cancel page with the link above.
To request that we cancel your membership, please do the following:
- Enter your first and last name.
- Enter the email you used to sign up.
- Click Submit.
