Tibelan Sound Therapy Massage

Tibelan sound therapy massage is an innovative holistic method that works with sound and vibration. Therapeutic Peter Hess(r) sound bowls are gently placed on the body, working within the auric layers around it for deep relaxation and stress reduction.

The practitioner places the bowls on a fully clothed client and gently taps them with a felt mallet, matching specific frequencies to each body state through tools, technique and intention. This helps alleviate pain and promote healing on all levels: physical, emotional and energetic.

Massage therapy offers a safe, gentle alternative to traditional hand-on massage that’s great for those who aren’t comfortable being touched. Plus, there are numerous other advantages for the client such as reduced stress and anxiety levels, improved sleep patterns, and increased energy levels.

In addition to quickly transporting individuals into a state of deep relaxation, this therapy also harmonizes all cells in the body, eliminates blockages and enhances its own self-healing processes. Furthermore, it has a positive impact on one’s self-confidence, creativity and productive energy levels.

This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to assess clients’ energy fields, psyche, soul and aura and administer therapeutic sound massage individually. A background in various sound therapies is necessary as well as empathy and sensitivity towards their needs.

Peter Hess(r) Certified Sound Massage Therapists require four courses: Level I, II and III & IV; these can be taken individually as stand-alone courses or in sequence to give you all of the qualifications needed to become certified.

Peter Hess(r) trained and experienced teachers provide these courses. Their theory and practice are based on research into the effects of traditional Eastern sound healing approaches from India, Tibet and Nepal on humans’ minds and bodies.

During this training you will become familiar with the fundamental principles of Peter Hess(r) Sound-Massage and be taught how to administer an initial session for yourself, friends and family members as well as professionals looking to add this practice into their existing health care services.

It offers a safe and gentle alternative to invasive manual therapies like surgery or injections, encouraging recovery and self-healing. Furthermore, it has an beneficial effect on pain and problems such as arthritic joints, fibromyalgia, sciatica and rheumatism.

Sound and vibrations from these instruments penetrate deep into the auric layer of a client’s body, where they resonate with subtle energy centers (chakras). The healing frequencies from these instruments penetrate deep into the meridian points to stimulate energy flow and restore equilibrium within the body.

This specialized therapy is especially helpful for those suffering from chronic pain, a high level of stress and/or anxiety. Not only does it promote sleep (you may even fall asleep during the treatment), but it also brings inner harmony, strength and energy for daily tasks as well as creativity and productivity.
