Reiki music, energy healing, nature sounds, zen. You’re an innate healer and by cultivating a quiet, quiet space, you can start to connect with your body, mind, and spirit. For years, I’ve been passionate about learning and mastering different modalities to help others recognize their bodies’ innate ability to heal themselves. In addition to Reiki healing, sessions may also include sound healing (tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, etc.).

Reiki and sound healing promote the resolution of energetic blockages and dysfunctional patterns and thus increase your frequency for optimal health, balance, inner harmony and a sense of well-being.

What is Reiki sound healing?

The ancient wellness practice of sound healing is a 2,000-year-old Tibetan technique that induces a deep state of relaxation that helps you heal and relax your mind. So when I studied Karuna Reiki and learned to chant and tone the Karuna symbols during healings, I was really excited to experiment and learn new techniques. Reiki is a practical energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that works with the body’s own energy to promote self-healing. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses musical tools to create healing vibrations in the body.

I work to maintain a continuous stream of sound and stick with the symbol until another one takes its place in my mind’s eye.

What is sound healing good for?

And sound baths, which have popped up across the country in recent years, are a cool way to meditate and ease anxiety, but sound therapy isn’t just about those mental wellbeing benefits. Group healing sessions can also provide a social experience to meet your needs for spiritual or healing community. Sound therapy is performed by playing specific sound frequencies around and onto specific parts of the patient’s body. The best way to see if this type of healing works for you is to try out a few sessions and try out different techniques.
