What does sound healing do for the body?

A trained sound healer consciously and deliberately manipulates the energy of sound and its physical vibrations to promote well-being and achieve specific effects. For example, when you hear the sound of an alarm, your entire body reacts to a perceived threat within seconds. As my interest in meditation grew, I attended a retreat called Seduction of Spirit at the Chopra Center, where I was introduced to the practice of primordial sound meditation. The purported benefits of sound healing sessions range from reducing stress to relieving pain and treating certain conditions.

Entrainment is a universal phenomenon in which interacting systems tend to synchronize, and the science behind sound healing depends on it.

Which religion is sound healing?

According to studies, sound baths can help people relax, reduce tension and fatigue, and alleviate symptoms of depression. This is the principle that causes the body to vibrate at the same frequency as the sounds made by crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other sound healing instruments. There are many ways to practice, but first, you need to know why sound healing works, how to get started, and what to expect during a session. A sound bath is a session in which participants lie on the floor and are “bathed” by soothing therapeutic sounds of various sound healing instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, Native American drum, monochord, energy games, voice, and more.
