Sound frequencies work in conjunction with the body’s electrical framework, meridian system, or nervous system. If the therapist makes a true statement, then the muscle remains strong or “blocked,” the opposite happens when you make a false statement and the muscle becomes weak or “unlocks.” You can even use this method to measure the integration percentage by counting down from 100% until you find the correct percentage. Therapists are trained to pick up on these vibrations and to identify the person’s state of health through wound loops.

This therapy is an extension and development of the Dawson program technique.

Is sound therapy legitimate?

In this way, Pythagoras believed that human cells had vibrations that could be affected by sound vibrations and applied this approach to healing the body, even in 495 B. Vibration is measured in units of Hertz (Hz), the same unit that sound is measured in units of Hertz (Hz). People hear frequencies from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, but that doesn’t mean that those outside the limits don’t affect us. Overtone singing is an ancient form of sound in which a singer must produce two or more notes with his voice. The Tibetans also helped Pythagoras discover Tibetan singing bowls, which combined sound vibrations with physical healing.
