What does sound therapy do?

The singing techniques are toning (singing a note — usually using a vowel), overtoning (a technique that involves singing more than one note at a time), or mantra (chanting Sanskrit words). The sound health practitioner starts the session with a registration form and a discussion of the client’s expectations for the session.
