What is the difference between Solfeggio and Binaural?

If you are looking for relaxation, stress relief or an increased ability to concentrate, binaurals and isochronics are the best choice. There isn’t much evidence that Solfeggio frequencies are effective, but there are various theories about what they can do for you and your mind. The resulting perception is a single tone with a frequency that is midway between the two carrier tones and whose amplitudes increases and decreases at a rate equal to the difference between them. The logic of binaural beats is to give one ear a tone with a constant intensity and frequency and the other ear another sound with the same intensity but slightly different frequency.

What is Solfeggio used for?

These tracks combine relaxing piano music with Solfeggio frequencies, which correspond to the seven chakras, and descend through binaural beat frequencies to theta waves (8 Hz to 4 Hz) to create the ultimate conditions for meditation. Each Solfeggio tone contains frequencies that are necessary for energy balance and keep mind, mind and body in perfect harmony. Chakra meditation helps you to release your chakras, but Solfeggio frequencies can also be very useful for unblocking these energy pathways. The Solfeggio frequencies are used to open the chakras and, depending on the frequency used, have various mental and physical health benefits.
