How does sound healing work?

The participants lie down on mats on the floor in Savasana (corpse pose) and let themselves be flooded by the sound waves. Sound healers use Tibetan singing bowls, metal bowls that were once used for spiritual and healing ceremonies by monks in Nepal and Tibet. While there are many types of sound therapy, they all produce vibrations that alter your brain waves.
