What sounds are used in sound therapy?

Common sound therapy instruments include Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, glockenspiel, and voice. These “good vibrations” then help to relax, balance the nervous system and increase physical energy. Later, sound therapists begin to use their vibrations to increase the amount of energy in parts of the body that they are trying to heal.
