Use Proven Sound Rhythms That Improve Pain, Memory, Anxiety, Focus, Mood, & Dementia.

Our brains can mimic sound rhythms that increase brain rhythms that we use to increase memory, attention, focus, significantly lower pain, anxiety, migraines, or improve sleep. We can listen to the rhythms as we meditate read, work, relax, or workout. And, we memorize the rhythms like music to use on our own by memory.

You can use these sounds with easy to follow steps in the menu that members see and memory testing that is also used in hospitals and research. We offer professional guidance in a questionnaire that gives easy to use instructions. The guidance has been developed by a teacher to staff at The University of Minnesota Medical Center, The Mayo Clinic, Hazelden, and elsewhere.

We also offer free memory testing that you can use daily, weekly or monthly. The memory tests are from a respected testing service that is used in hospitals and universities around the world. You  can also share your membership for free with your extended family, friends, and people in your work or community.

The sounds are proven in research to help a variety of needs described in the list below. We have a research page with references to the main medical research studies supporting our service that you can read in the research page in the menu. The sound training is proven in university and hospital research around the world, and our sounds have been used by staff from The Mayo Clinic, The University of Minnesota Medical Center, Hazelden, Passages- Malibu, and elsewhere.

Listening to the sounds is easy. Here is how:

  • Listening twice a week for 20 minutes is a good start, and daily listening is possible for more results. There guidance for different needs built in to the site.
  • You can listen to it as a meditation, or as a background sound while you relax, work, read, watch shows, play games, or listen other music.
  • Significant changes have been seen in brain health in one week for memory, pain, mood, focus, and more. It just gets better after that. Our membership offers a free trial that you can share with loved ones and people you know personally and at work. And, we have free memory testing for everyone that uses this site.

You can read about the benefits for common problems or for performance below. If you haven’t signed up and want to start now, you can click here to register for a free trial.

The Benefits Are:

  • Pain – Over 20% of adults have chronic pain, and more as we age. Published research on people with chronic pain who used our sound rhythms showed that listening at least twice a week lowered their feelings of pain by an average of 77% after sessions in the first two weeks. When people listen for the first time, they often experience a 50% reduction, and the benefits increase with practice and last for days. You can listen daily as needed, and you practice the rhythms mentally, like music.
  • Anxiety – Clients can listen to relax or fall asleep or imagine a stressful or traumatic experience being handled in a calmer way. In a hospital study and other studies, anxiety about surgery was reduced by 58% more than classical music and 86% more than doing nothing.
  • Migraines – Around 15-20% of adults get migraines. Migraines are significantly reduced, because users can practice relaxing the intense blood flow in the brain leading to pain.
  • Memory and Focus – It has been shown that short term memory increases by an average of 21% in children and older, aging adults when people listen to our focus sound for 30 minutes a day for a month. It is shown that children with ADHD and other learning disabilities can see an increase of over 29%. Ongoing listening helps. You can listen while you work, read, relax, or workout.
  • Dementia, Alzheimer’s – Currently, around 15-18% of people over age 65 have either dementia or Alzheimer’s, and 34.6% of people 85 and older have Alzheimer’s. Recent research showed our concentration rhythm removed 37% of plaque that blocks memory in important brain areas for memory in mice with Alzheimer’s after listening for one hour a day. They listened with light pulses in the same rhythm for one week, and the sounds alone are also proven to help people’s memories. The mice brains improved significantly after one week, and people experience differences in weeks and months. Longer treatment will help memory more, because the plaque can return. The same process is continually being researched for people, and is being shown to effect people in similar ways (here is a research study at the National Institute of Health for results with people). The sound rhythms that they used are a part of our service, along with memory testing, and you can share it with family, friends, and your community. Here is an article at the National Institute of Health discussing the sound treatment research for mice with Alzheimer’s.
  • ADHD – It has been proven that impulsive behavior in children and adults is decreased by more than 30% when they listen to the sound for focus on this site 2 times a week for at least 12 weeks.
  • Autism – The effects that work for ADHD also work for autism.
  • Insomnia – The sounds are proven to increase deep sleep, and make falling asleep easier.
